NKorea rules out dialogue with Japan's Abe - report

SEOUL (Thomson Financial) - North Korea will not hold further dialogue with the administration of Japan's beleaguered conservative Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, a pro-North Korean newspaper said Tuesday.
North Korean foreign ministry officials suggested that the communist country would resume dialogue with Japan only after Abe stepped down, said the Chosun Sinbo, a newspaper of pro-Pyongyang Koreans in Japan.
It quoted a ministry official as saying the North would neither make any concessions nor compromise with Japan due to Abe's hardline approach to Pyongyang.
Since coming to power in September, Abe has adopted staunch conservative policies, including slapping sanctions on Pyongyang over its nuclear and missile tests.
